Forest
Rest House
Situated at Deban, the forest rest house offers 5 rooms that are provided
with attached baths and other basic amenities for a comfortable and
memorable stay. The caretaker also doubles up as a cook and can provide you
some really tasty and quality food. Advance reservations will have to be
made through the Field Director's office located in Miao. The tariffs range
from Rs. 125 to 245.
Camp
Namdapha
Camp Namdapha is located across the river from the forest rest house. The
camp offers 10 huts that are provided with attached baths and running water.
Food can be served here, besides the few eateries located near by where you
can get good quality food. The tariffs for Indians are Rs. 2000/person/day
for a group of six while foreigners pay US$ 75 to 120/person/day (the
charges include stay, meals, guides and porters)
